game mysteriously took away my accumulated coins and put me back to level 1 overnight 2 days ago. I emailed support but have not received a reply yet

After the update I log in and see that I am back to level 1 and only have 2m coins even though I was logged into my Facebook. I was probably level 22 and had 23m coins. Super crappy and terrible app. I feel like I wasted all that time. Its quite annoying!!!
