Frustrating App

I really enjoy the games buttttt, its very frustrating to be thrown out and having to restart the app. Happens very often.
In addition, I had a credit balance of 5,023,000. I earned 5,505,000 credits. Your counter gave me a total credit of 10,028,000. What gives ? Why did I lose the 500k ?
